Fire Department Calendar

	FireAdmin.Com offers a dynamic web based calendar which allows you to have up to the minute details on events within your organization. The FireAdmin.Com calendar also allows you to filter out events you do not want to view. Your calendar can be customized to fit most fire department schedules and shift colors. The calendar is an integral part of FireAdmin.Com, it works side-by-side with other modules such as the apparatus and staffing modules. For example, when the automotive department schedules a repair, the FireAdmin server will automatically update the calendar and will send everyone assigned to the apparatus an email. The staffing module (designed for reserve/volunteer depts) also automatically updates the calendar with all approved staffing assignments.
Part of the calendar system works in conjunction with the Apparatus Status board which provides you with instant up to date information about the status of all your resources. You can see their status and location as well as current repairs and lost or damaged equipment. As soon as you sign in the status board is displayed giving you a quick snapshot of what is going on in your organization. Another nice feature is our FreeLook© view. The FreeLook© allows you to place a short cut on your agency PC's (only those located within your department's network) to a web page that gives you the status board. Only PC's located within your network will have access to the information.
	FireAdmin.Com also has a Situation-Status board which provides your people with information about closed streets, hydrants that are out of service, fire protection system status or permitted burns. This is a great way to keep your line personal aware of what is going on in their districts. There is also a printer friendly version that is easy to read while your traveling in your apparatus.
